Grant by email
On a Doc you own, open More and choose Share. Enter the person’s email — the same address they use to sign in. If no Fantasync account uses that email, the grant fails. Role is editor.
Descendants inherit
A grant on a project includes nested Docs under it. You do not share each child separately. Revoking the grant on the ancestor removes that inherited access.
Find shared work
Island Shared lists Docs you granted and Docs granted to you. Empty lists show Nothing shared yet. Recipients edit the Doc the same way you do.
Revoke
Open Share on the Doc again and remove the person from the list. They need their own account; you cannot share into an address that has never signed in.
