Insert
From island Add choose Draw, or insert it from Add Above / Add Below on a line. New sketches use the name Untitled sketch until you rename them.
Display
A draw item can sit Full, Wide, or Card in the Notes column. Click the sketch to open the draw editor.
Where it lives
The sketch is stored with the Doc. It syncs when you are signed in, like other layout items. It is not a separate project.
