What syncs
Doc titles, Notes, nested Docs, tasks, properties, comments, history, and attachments follow the signed-in account. Settings such as colors sync as well.
While you work
Edits save in the background. A spinner in the chrome appears while a save is in flight. Stay signed in on each device you use.
Sharing and sync
Editors you grant see the live Doc, including descendants. They must be signed in with the email you used for the grant.
