What to post
Screenshots of Home, a project Docs tab, or a Notes stack. Name the layout items you used (table, draw, to-do). Explain how nested Docs are organized. Keep other people’s emails out of the image.
Collaborating in the app
To edit together, both of you sign in, then the owner grants by email on the Doc. Descendants inherit. That flow is Sharing, not a Discord attachment.
Templates
If you built a reusable Notes page, describe how you marked it as a template. You cannot drop a live Doc into Discord for strangers to open.
